SMS settings

Within Spider there is the possibility to be able to send an SMS if this is set in the SLAs in the processes. This requires an SMS contract with a mobile provider. For the time being this is only possible via KPN.

Preparation

It is best to contact Nidaros if you want more information about an SMS provider.

In order to activate SMS for a user, a process including SLA must be set up in Spider.

Configure SMS provider

In the Spider, as an admin user, navigate to Menu > Settings > SMS. Fill in the details you received from KPN below and test the connection.
