Exception calendar
An Exception calendar is used to specify exceptions when a Process Step should not run. An Exception calendar can be used by multiple process Steps.
Create
From the menu, click Process Steps > Exceptions Calendar
followed by Add new
to create an Exception calendar.
We create one in the example that should not be run on certain holidays. Later we will link this Calendar to a Process Step.
We set the title to Bank Holidays
. Then click on Save
.
And we see that it has been created.
Exceptions
To add exceptions, click on the Eye icon.
There are no exceptions present yet. Click on Add new
.
Details
In the details, the following information can be set
- Date: The exception date
- Description: Description
- Additional Wait Time: After how many hours (from this day) must there be an additional wait before the Process Step may start.
Click Save
to save the exception.
Example
The Process Step may not run on April 27 and may not be started until 10:00 a.m. on April 28. According to the normal Runtime the Process Step is allowed to start from 09:00. So we set the original Wait time to 10

After we save the exception we see it again in our overview.
The list can of course be extended. More exceptions can be added to the Exception Calendar.
