Remote BusinessSupport

If you as a customer would like Nidaros to take over the management of the Spider for you or watch it with you, this can be done by filling out the BusinessSupport settings.

Nidaros will send you the website link, and ApiKey. There are two possibilities:

  • Send data via an API Link
  • Send data via email

The Email connection offers the most advantages and is stable. The API link is dependent on the infrastructure. There must be an open connection to our servers.

Configure Business Support

The settings can only be set with an admin or Spider Admin account. In the menu, navigate to Settings > Business Support. Nidaros will send you the website link, and ApiKey.

Interval

The interval for sending Business Support Data and Business Support Configuration Data can be found in Settings > Cronjob.

Data flow

The data sent by email or API is traceable back to the environment and looks like this. This data is not accessible to third parties.
