Intro
The Business Dashboard is designed to provide live access to all statistical information. Each user has the possibility to compose and save one or more dashboard grid(s). Also a standard dashboard can be chosen and saved. After the user has logged in, this dashboard is loaded and displayed as default within the Spider.
For composing the dashboard, a set of widgets is offered by default. These are described in the section "Available widgets".
Tip
Currently, processes and their associated data are not yet protected by using roles and/or permissions. Any user can still view all information at this time.
Business Processen
It is now possible for users with the History Role to create Business Processes in which multiple processes can be merged. This gives the advantage that the results add up in the charts.
Currently, there are two graphs that show cumulative data in the charts:
- Chart - Pie - Full Time Equivalent Savings
- Chart - Pie - Number of Requests
Create Business Process
As History user navigate to Business Dashboard > Business Processes
and click on Add New
Set a name for the Business Process and save it.
Now edit the created Business Process.
Next, select the processes you want to be part of the Business Process and click Add to add them.
After this, save the data. You can now select the Business Process from the Business Dashboard. You then don't have to select processes, but can immediately choose the graphs you want.
