Alarms

The Spider has the ability to display Alarms within a process. An alarm can be triggered:

  • If a signal is activated and the limit is reached then an Alarm is triggered
  • if a request is not processed within the SLA time an alarm is triggered

Alarms cannot be created. They are triggered by a Signal. With a Signal you can determine whether the process should be put in Maintenance.

Info

As of version 1.7.0, the alarms have disappeared from the navigation bar. They are still visible in Information > Alarms > Overview and Information > Alarms > Maintain and Information > Alarms > Logs.

Example:

Alarms

In this case, it can be seen that the process has been processed outside the maximum LeadTime (SLA processing time) and is generating an alarm as a result.
